HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETWINNING from GĘBICE! We celebrated the 5th anniversary of eTwinning birthday at our school. First we played the volleyball match between Catalonia and Poland. The final score was: Catalonia 2 – Poland 1. Children got balloons in colours of the European flag. Some of them made birthday cards. Everyone tasted a delicious birthday cake. In the afternoon we were dancing at the eTwinning disco. Children had lots of fun because the party was really great. Look at the photos and be with us for a moment

eTwinning's birthday in NAVÀS
Hi everyone,
Last Wednesday 5th May we celebrated eTwinning's birthday at school.
First we played the European hymn with the flute, meanwhile some of us made a mural with the symbols of eTwinning and the European flag. Others made a big cake.
We sent a mesage to all etwinners and finally we played a football match: Poland-Catalonia.Poland scored 4 goals and Catalonia 1.
We had great fun celebrating eTwinning's birthday.

The Polish hymn called ‘Mazurek Dąbrowskiego’ is sung by two of our schoolmates from class 4th and 5th. All the illustrations are made by pupils of 4th, 5th and 6th level. They show the history of Poland connected with the time when Poles fought for freedom of our country.
WE WANT TO DEDICATE THIS PROJECT TO THE PRESIDENT OF POLAND LECH KACZYŃSKI, HIS WIFE MARIA AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO DIED IN SMOLEŃSK PLANE CRASH

Els segadors
Here you will listen to the catalan hymn. "Segadors " means the harvest men. It's quite serious but its meaning is very deep for catalan people.
LA SARDANA
Have you ever seen the typical dance of Catalonia. Here you have "La sardana", it's a dance where people dance in a circle, they usually wear the catalan costumes. If it is possible they organize one man/boy, one woman/girl and so on. They use to put all their hadbags, jackets,... in the middle of the circle.

Preparing projects about our life, culture and people living around us is really great experience and fun.
